Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at TITO'S PIZZA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our kitchen and restaurant.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintaining accurate records of stock and inventory.
- Establish and manage work schedules, ensuring that the kitchen is fully staffed during peak periods.
- Quality Control
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Conduct regular quality checks, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- Customer Service
- Address customer complaints or concerns, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring that issues are resolved promptly.
- Financial Management
- Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring that kitchen operations are financially sustainable.
- Training and Development
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills
- Excellent oral communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, standing for extended periods and performing physically demanding tasks.
