Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at Goldstream Chevron Town Pantry. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units, preparing and submitting reports, and resolving work problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high quality
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Organized and reliable with excellent communication skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Permanent work term with 30-40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
