About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Client Services Specialist to join our team at Questrade Financial Group. As a key member of our client support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple inbound and outbound client support channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Develop a positive client experience by understanding and responding to client inquiries quickly and accurately.
  • Provide technical support to clients on Questrade's various trading software platforms.
  • Present value-added solutions to clients, including products, tools, and resources.
  • Resolve client problems in a professional manner, escalating issues as required.
  • Stay up-to-date on Questrade's products, services, programs, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field.
  • Impeccable written and spoken English and French, with highly polished communication skills.
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) certification is an asset.
