Key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Leading and developing the Product Marketing team, creating a high-performance culture through mentorship, professional development, and strategic hiring.
  • Designing and managing our market entry strategy to gain insights into our sector, make informed strategic choices, and execute successful product launches.
  • Driving and validating our pricing, packaging, and positioning strategies.
  • Collaborating with diverse stakeholders to align on our vision, product strategy, and critical projects to enhance our market position and deliver exceptional value.
  • Crafting compelling and unique messaging and positioning tailored to specific buyer personas.
  • Ensuring a cohesive customer experience across all interactions, from product to sales, customer service, support, and marketing.
  • Developing sales enablement resources and training materials, including product demonstrations, messaging, and competitive insights.
  • Encouraging the discovery and utilization of product features through data-driven marketing campaigns.

Qualifications for this role include:

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial capacity overseeing Product Marketing Managers.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and executing market entry strategies for SaaS products, leading to impactful and measurable product launches.
  • Experience with product-led growth, freemium models, or high-volume B2B products.
  • Strong analytical skills and a customer-focused approach to decision-making.
  • Extensive background in product positioning, messaging development, and value proposition formulation.
  • Ability to create and deliver effective sales enablement resources and training.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to building relationships across the organization.
  • Proven success in recruiting, retaining, and motivating top-tier Product Marketing Managers.
  • Adaptability and experience working in a remote team environment.
  • Familiarity with marketing agencies or the MarTech sector is a plus.
