About the Job

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage our directory submissions and awards processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining metrics, a repository of rankings and testimonials, and acting as the point person for communications with international directories.

  • Manage and maintain a repository of rankings and testimonials.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for communications with international directories.
  • Develop and implement a strategy for directory submissions and awards.
  • Collaborate with lawyers and business development team to improve processes.
  • Disseminate new information to our experience management database and ensure data accuracy.
  • Schedule and prepare for directory interviews and maintain a calendar of relevant directories and awards.
  • Work closely with marketing colleagues to communicate rankings and awards internally and externally.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of professional experience, preferably in a law firm.
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, English, Law, or a related field.
  • Experience with directory submissions to Chambers, Legal 500, and other publishers.
  • Excellent project management and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Experience with databases or content management software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
