About the Role:

The successful candidate will work closely with our experience management team to develop and implement strategies for improving our firm's rankings and recognition in leading legal directories and awards. This will involve creating and disseminating high-quality submissions, managing relationships with lawyers and other stakeholders, and analyzing data to inform our approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for improving our firm's rankings and recognition in leading legal directories and awards
  • Manage the submission process for legal directories, including writing, editing, and proofreading submissions
  • Build and maintain relationships with lawyers and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely information
  • Analyze data to inform our approach and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the business development team to develop and implement marketing strategies

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' professional experience in a similar role
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, English, Law, or related field
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with databases and content management software
