Calibrate is seeking a highly skilled Directory and Awards Manager to join our team. As a key member of our experience management team, you will be responsible for creating, developing, and facilitating the completion of submissions to targeted legal directories and select awards and publications.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a strategy for creating and submitting high-quality content to legal directories and awards programs.
- Work closely with lawyers, legal assistants, and other members of the business development team to improve processes and workflows related to directories and data collection.
- Manage the performance, skill development, and work allocation of a Coordinator, Business Development, who supports directory and awards processes, Foundation database processes, and matter collection processes.
- 7+ years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in legal or professional services.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, English, Law, or a related field.
- Strong project management and critical thinking skills, with the ability to build relationships and credibility with lawyers and different departments in the firm.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with experience documenting and communicating processes and workflows.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with knowledge of Foundation and/or other experience database programs an asset.
