Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist in Service Offerings to join our team at GHD. As a key member of our service development team, you will play a critical role in supporting the pursuit of new business opportunities and developing strategies to secure mandates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective service offerings, presentations, and marketing materials that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and projects.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth and development.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide training and support to junior team members to ensure their development and growth.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a service development or business development role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with marketing and business development software and tools.
