We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Service Offerings Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing strategies to secure new projects and service offerings within our target markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of compelling service offerings, presentations, and marketing materials that effectively communicate our value proposition to clients.
  • Collaborate closely with technical experts and project managers to ensure a deep understanding of client requirements and industry trends.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating content creation, review processes, and stakeholder communication.
  • Analyze tender documents and participate in strategic planning discussions to identify opportunities and develop winning proposals.

  • Utilize graphic design software and organizational tools to create visually appealing and informative presentations and documents.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a proactive approach to identifying solutions.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with graphic design software such as Photoshop or InDesign is an asset.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business administration, or marketing.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the engineering, construction, or professional services industry.
