**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Audit and Assurance to join our team at Leaders International. As a Manager, Audit and Assurance, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of audit engagements, providing guidance and support to junior staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of audit engagements, including planning, execution, and reporting
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff, including training and development
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality audit services to clients, in accordance with professional standards and firm policies
  • Advise partners on the progress of engagements and manage client communications
  • Make decisions regarding file work, in accordance with firm policies and professional standards

Requirements:

  • Professional certification as a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in audit and assurance, with a focus on managing audit engagements
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop junior staff
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and advise on business operations and financial performance
