About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Engineering Advisor to join our team at The Cigna Group. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our enterprise infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Infrastructure Support: Provide expert-level support for our enterprise infrastructure, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
  • Infrastructure Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement infrastructure solutions that meet business needs.
  • Incident Management: Manage incident queues and ensure timely resolution of infrastructure-related issues.
  • Backup and Recovery: Oversee the backup environment, ensuring successful completion of backup jobs and quarterly restore tests.
  • Infrastructure Automation: Automate repeatable operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • On-Call Support: Provide on-call support on a rotational basis to ensure 24/7 infrastructure coverage.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders and technical teams.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a Windows-based virtualized operating environment.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, technical support, and troubleshooting in a hybrid environment.
  • Certifications: Microsoft-based certification required; cloud-based certification preferred.
  • Language: Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Language: English/French bilingual.
  • Experience: Experience with storage networks and storage systems, Microsoft platform-as-a-service technologies, and Microsoft Virtual/Remote desktop infrastructure.
  • Certifications: Certification or experience with Microsoft SQL databases and scripting.
