About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager Service to join our team at Metro Inc. as a key member of our service department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth operation of the service department, including coordination of tasks, cash handling, customer service, and other related duties.
  • Assist in managing the day-to-day activities of the service department, including supervising staff and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall service quality.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
