Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Provide superior customer service to clients, responding to their requests and needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Transactions: Assist with routine operations related to financial transactions, including purchases and sales of securities, transaction adjustments, and other related tasks.
  • Client File Management: Analyze, open, and update client files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.
  • Portfolio Management: Produce portfolio management reports and assist with the administrative management of client files, including scheduling appointments and preparing client meetings.

National Bank Financial – Wealth Management is a leading mutual funds brokerage firm in Canada, with a strong presence in the market. Our team of close to 1,000 investment advisors manages the assets of over 400,000 clients across approximately 100 branches. As a Wealth Management Associate, you will work closely with an investment advisor to deliver an exceptional client experience, leveraging your skills and expertise to drive success.
