Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Educator to join our team at Engineering for Kids of Halton. As a Lead Educator, you will be responsible for delivering our engaging and interactive STEM programs to children aged 4-14.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Delivery: Develop and deliver high-quality STEM programs that cater to the needs of our students, ensuring a fun and engaging learning experience.
  • Classroom Management: Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment, ensuring the smooth operation of our programs.
  • Student Support: Provide individualized support to students, addressing their unique needs and abilities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Reflect on and evaluate program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to develop and implement new program ideas, ensuring alignment with our company's mission and values.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience working with children in a educational or youth development setting.
  • Education: A degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and staff.
  • Certifications: First aid and CPR certification, as well as a clean police check.
