Position Overview

GP LANDSCAPING INC. is seeking a dedicated Landscape Operations Supervisor to oversee our landscaping projects and ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the landscaping industry
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, manage, and schedule personnel for landscaping tasks
  • Develop and implement grounds maintenance plans
  • Estimate labor and material requirements for projects
  • Coordinate the construction of decks and decorative or retaining walls
  • Oversee landscape construction activities
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs
  • Prepare and manage contracts
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Conduct repairs and maintenance on landscaping equipment
  • Troubleshoot work-related issues, providing technical guidance and recommending improvements for productivity and quality
  • Establish work schedules and operational procedures
