Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation
    • Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces
    • Ensure all dishes, glasses, and utensils are washed and sanitized
    • Keep the kitchen and dining area clean and organized
  • Food Preparation
    • Prepare and cook food to order
    • Operate the cash register and process transactions
    • Stock and maintain inventory of food and supplies
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience
    • Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve goals and objectives
    • Support and assist other team members as needed
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in a food service environment an asset
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
