About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Home Child Care Provider to join our team at Naureen Shaikh. As a key member of our family, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Household Management: Assume full responsibility for managing the household in the absence of parents, including light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Child Care: Provide high-quality care and supervision to our children, including feeding, bathing, and putting them to bed.
  • Education and Development: Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, and help them with homework.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, including administering medication and handling emergencies.
  • Transportation: Take children to and from school and to appointments, and provide transportation to extracurricular activities.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks for the children.
  • Emotional Support: Provide emotional support and comfort to our children, including helping them with emotional challenges and providing a listening ear.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in child care or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support to our children.
