Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer Medications: Safely administer medications to clients as prescribed by their healthcare providers.
  • Household Management: Manage household tasks, including laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation, to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging them in activities and conversations to combat loneliness and isolation.
  • Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning, dusting, and organizing, to maintain a clean and comfortable living space.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals to clients, taking into account their dietary needs and preferences.
  • Errands and Shopping: Accompany clients on errands and shopping trips, assisting them with tasks such as grocery shopping and bill paying.
Requirements
  • Certifications: Possess a valid CPR Certificate and Personal Support Worker Certificate.
  • Language: Fluency in Tagalog is an asset.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and perform tasks that require bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking.
Working Conditions

As a Family Caregiver, you will work in a fast-paced environment, providing care and support to clients in their homes. You will be required to work independently, using your judgment and discretion to make decisions about client care.

What We Offer
