About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Home Child Care Provider to join our team at Naureen Shaikh. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to children in a home-based setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Household Management: Assume full responsibility for household management in the absence of parents, including light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Child Care: Provide high-quality care and supervision to children, including meal preparation, homework assistance, and emotional support.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, including administering medication and first aid as needed.
  • Transportation: Transport children to and from school and appointments, as well as engage in activities such as games and outings.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents, including keeping records of daily activities and health information.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in child care or a related field.
  • Skills: Flexibility, initiative, organization, reliability, time management, patience, and honesty.
