Job Title: Engineering Manager

At PAL Aerospace, we are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the design, development, and implementation of aircraft modifications and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of engineers in the design and development of aircraft modifications and repairs
  • Develop and implement engineering procedures and work processes to improve efficiency and quality
  • Collaborate with other engineering teams to support project requirements
  • Manage and mentor junior engineers to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with airworthiness regulations and standards
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical role supporting aircraft development, modifications, and repairs
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a management role leading a technical team
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably aerospace or mechanical engineering
  • Knowledge of airworthiness regulations and standards from Transport Canada, FAA, and/or EASA
  • Experience with CAD software and aircraft procedures and publications
