Job Title: Truck Drivers Supervisor

Canadian Flatbeds Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our truck drivers, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of truck drivers, ensuring they are aware of their schedules, routes, and delivery deadlines.
  • Monitor driver performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve productivity and safety.
  • Investigate and resolve any issues or complaints related to driver performance or customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of logistics operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve driver retention, recruitment, and training.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in the trucking industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
