Job Title: Truck Drivers Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our team at SSP TRUCK LINE INC.

Job Summary:

The Truck Drivers Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of truck drivers, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of truck drivers
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Monitor and report on driver performance
  • Coordinate with dispatchers and other departments
  • Develop and implement training programs for drivers
  • Manage driver schedules and routes
  • Conduct regular safety inspections
  • Investigate and report on accidents and incidents
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Team player with a positive attitude
