Job Title: Truck Driver Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Driver Supervisor to join our team at Canada Inc.

Job Summary:

The Truck Driver Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of truck drivers, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of truck drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of driver hours, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role in the trucking industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook
