Job Summary

Farm Boy is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Assistant to join our team. As a Janitorial Assistant, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our store, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment by sweeping, mopping, and dusting floors, as well as emptying trash and recycling receptacles.
  • Restock shelves and maintain inventory levels to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
