Event Staff Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Event Staff team at Fresh Form Draft. As an Event Staff member, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our events by providing support in various tasks such as setup, guest assistance, and teardown.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Setup and Execution: Assist with event setup, including arrangement of furniture, decorations, signage, and technical equipment.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure a safe and welcoming environment by managing crowd control and monitoring event areas.
  • Event Coordination: Support the coordination of event activities, such as managing guest lists, ticket sales, or registration.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Assist with food and beverage service, including set-up, distribution, and clean-up.
  • Event Breakdown: Assist with breakdown and clean-up following the event, ensuring that the venue is returned to its original condition.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with event coordinators and team members to address any issues or last-minute adjustments.
  • Adherence to Company Policies: Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and dress code standards.
Requirements and Qualifications

  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, moving equipment).
