Join Our Team as a Principal

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal to join our team at ESG Global Advisors Inc. As a trusted partner of both companies and investors, we are driven by an informed belief that Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) issues matter and that businesses that incorporate them into their decision-making stand to thrive over the long-term.

About the Role

The Principal will be responsible for delivering a bespoke scope of work for our clients, including research, sophisticated analysis, and broad scope stakeholder engagement. This will involve designing and leading complex/challenging projects, overseeing project teams, and providing detailed coaching and guidance on solutions and concepts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and lead complex/challenging projects, including research, sophisticated analysis, and broad scope stakeholder engagement
  • Oversee project teams to execute the work, providing detailed coaching and guidance on solutions and concepts
  • Regularly contribute to thought leadership and blog content for posting on our website, newsletter, and social media channels
  • Leverage profile and network, participate in speaking engagements, and produce thought leadership in areas of expertise
  • Proactively propose and lead design and implementation of innovations and enhancements to service offerings and operational policies and processes
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with a strong network of contacts in Canada, the United States, and/or Europe. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ESG and responsible investment, as well as experience working with corporations and ESG advisory firms, industry associations, or initiatives.

The successful candidate will have exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into easy-to-understand language. They will also have experience working with a CRM system and be fluent in French or Spanish.
