Transformative Solutions for Global Partnerships

At ServiceNow, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Solution Consultant to join our Global Partnerships and Channel team. As a key member of our team, you'll provide pre-sales support, technical product advice, and ongoing communication of the latest ServiceNow solutions and capabilities to our partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert technical guidance to partners on ServiceNow solutions and capabilities
  • Develop and deliver tailored solutions to meet partner business needs
  • Collaborate with partners to build practices that deliver exceptional customer outcomes
  • Evangelize ServiceNow mindshare to our partner community, promoting a "ServiceNow First" approach
  • Assist partners in selling ServiceNow solutions to their customers, extending the ServiceNow value proposition
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Pre-Sales Solution Consulting experience
  • ~2+ years of ServiceNow experience
  • ~Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Working knowledge of modern web technologies and cloud computing
  • Experience and understanding of multiple technical domains, including application, data, integration, big data, mobility, analytics, etc.
  • Excellent understanding of architectural principles for cloud-based platforms, including SaaS, PaaS, multi-tenancy, and automation
  • Quick adoption and understanding of industry/vertical business challenges and mapping how ServiceNow can help transform those verticals
  • Executive presence, strong verbal and written communication
  • Ability to collaborate and interact at multiple levels, including Enterprise Architects, Technical Architects, Offering Managers, Directors, VP's, and CXO's
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with the ServiceNow product suite or competitive product suites
  • A current ServiceNow certification (e.g. Certified System Administrator and/or Certified Implementation Specialist)
  • ServiceNow platform development experience
  • Proven track record of evangelizing ServiceNow to partners through Sales Plays enablement and product demos
