About The Watershed Grill

We are a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant group seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards, ensuring presentation and quality meet our expectations.
  • Kitchen Operations: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards and company policies.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of ingredients and supplies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Relocation costs covered by employer.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment.
