Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Infinity Enterprises Group LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet customer demands.
  • Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Source high-quality ingredients and manage inventory to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Collaborate with our events team to create customized menus for special occasions and banquets.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a senior chef or kitchen management role.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving culinary innovation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
