Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Infinity Enterprises Group LTD. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and cooking of complete meals and specialty foods for events and regular service.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff in the preparation and cooking of meals and specialty foods
  • Develop and implement menus and recipes to ensure high-quality dishes and exceptional customer service
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste
  • Train and mentor staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment in the kitchen
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role
  • Proven track record of leading a team and achieving high-quality results
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and handling
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
