About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team at Microsoft. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a key role in defining and designing compelling experiences that empower frontline customers to achieve more together.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive a large scope of work with a high degree of autonomy and create clarity from ambiguity
  • Create mocks, wireframes, journey maps, prototypes and other elements to support interaction design
  • Clearly communicate and present your work and learnings to peers and managers within your studio team
  • Work with design partners like researchers, program managers, and developers to deliver elegant, usable experiences
  • Collaborate with Engineering and participate in Experience Reviews to ensure quality
  • Mentor and help grow other designers from our team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 5+ years experience working in product or service design OR Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 4+ years experience working in product or service design OR equivalent experience
  • 4+ years experience shipping products, services, or games and/or delivering to customers as a result of an end-to-end design process
