Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Meat Processing Specialist to join our team at Parsian Fine Food Ltd. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in meat preparation and customer service, ensuring high-quality products for our clientele.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in meat processing or retail.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and clean various types of meats for processing.
  • Skillfully cut carcasses, sides, and quarters to meet customer specifications.
  • Provide special cuts of meat as requested by customers.
  • Trim and prepare standard cuts of meat for display and sale.
  • Wrap and package meats efficiently for retail presentation.
  • Remove bones from meat and cut poultry into manageable parts.
  • Weigh and price meat products accurately for customers.
  • Prepare and clean fish and shellfish for sale.
  • Engage with customers to sell meat products and provide exceptional service.
  • Supervise and train junior butchers and meat cutters.
  • Grind meats and slice cooked meats as required.
  • Create attractive displays of meats, poultry, and seafood products.
  • Shape and tie roasts and other meat products for presentation.
