Position Overview

As a Meat Processing Specialist at Parsian Fine Food Ltd, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality meat products to our customers. Your expertise in meat preparation and cutting will ensure that we maintain our reputation for excellence.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and clean meats for processing or cutting
  • Efficiently cut carcasses, sides, and quarters
  • Fulfill special meat cut requests from customers
  • Trim and prepare standard cuts of meat
  • Wrap and package prepared meat products
  • Remove bones from various meat types
  • Weigh and price meat products for sale
  • Cut poultry into appropriate parts
  • Clean and prepare fish and shellfish for sale
  • Engage with customers to sell meat products
  • Cut fish into steaks and fillets
  • Supervise and train junior butchers and meat cutters
  • Grind meats as required
  • Slice cooked meats for customer orders
  • Create attractive displays of meats, poultry, and fish products
  • Shape, lace, and tie roasts and other meat products
Work Environment
