With a robust team of over 70 professionals, we cater to a diverse clientele, ranging from emerging businesses to established private companies and non-profit organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and finalize intricate tax returns.
  • Review a variety of personal and straightforward corporate tax returns.
  • Oversee tax-related activities in conjunction with non-tax files.
  • Collaborate with Tax Partners and senior tax professionals to:
    • Develop and execute tax planning strategies, including research and documentation.
    • Conduct specialized tax engagements.
  • Work closely with colleagues and management to ensure timely project completion.
  • Deliver training sessions to staff on technical tax matters.
  • Provide personalized service to clients, fostering strong working relationships.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Completion of the Common Final Evaluation (CFE) and CPA-in-waiting status.
  • Commitment to enroll in the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Course or Master of Taxation Course.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience, with tax experience as a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Caseware/Caseview, TaxPrep, and tax research tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and effective project management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Professional demeanor and a solid work ethic, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to provide exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • A genuine passion for tax-related work.
