Senior Financial Analyst, North American Customer Fulfillment

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our Customer Fulfillment network. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving cost controllership and providing business insights to support the growth of our rapidly expanding network.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain financial models to inform business decisions and drive improvements across the network.
- Lead the financial close, planning, forecasting, budgeting, and consolidations process, utilizing financial systems and advanced Excel functions.
- Build and maintain effective business partnerships, manage competing priorities, and provide guidance during unexpected events.
- Communicate complex financial issues in a clear, concise, and unambiguous manner, adjusting your style based on audience.
- Collect and analyze quantitative data to develop relevant reports leading to cost reductions.
- Proactively identify opportunities to resolve finance defects and improve, scale, or simplify finance tools across teams and organizations.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- 3+ years of finance or related analytical field experience, MBA, or CPA.
- Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses.
