About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at TIM HORTONS. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the management team in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to ensure they are meeting their goals and objectives.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment for our team members and customers.
  • Supply Chain Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure that we are getting the best possible deals.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to help drive sales and growth.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that we are meeting our goals and objectives.
Supervision

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 1 to 2 people.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

This role will be based in a fast-paced environment.
