Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Think Logistics Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of the organization, coordinating activities with other work units or departments, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee operational logistics of the organization
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Ensure accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll and other summaries
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Arrange training for staff
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
  • Organize and maintain inventory
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail
  • Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
  • Steel-toed safety boots
