Key Responsibilities:- Product Strategy and Development: Lead the development of innovative product strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to inform product decisions and enhance go-to-market strategies.
- Define Product Roadmaps: Prioritize features and oversee the entire product development lifecycle.

- Marketing Collateral: Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, digital assets, and sales enablement tools to support product launches and ongoing marketing campaigns.
- Training and Enablement: Create and deploy new product training for internal and external stakeholders.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing performance and ROI across various channels.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and mentor a high-performing team of business analysts and creative professionals.
- Culture and Collaboration: Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the product and marketing teams.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with sales, customer service, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and success across all functions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience (5 years) in product management, marketing, or related roles.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 annual salary range.
