Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at B.C. LTD. as a key member of our culinary operations.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Develop and implement new cooking techniques and equipment training for cooking staff to enhance menu offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and direct the activities of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Create innovative and delicious recipes to enhance our menu offerings.
- Train and instruct cooks in food preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation techniques to ensure high-quality dishes.
- Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events such as banquets and corporate functions.
- Supervise and direct the activities of cooks and other kitchen staff to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs to ensure kitchen equipment is in good working order.
- Consult with clients regarding weddings, banquets, and specialty functions to ensure their culinary needs are met.
- Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities for multiple restaurants to ensure consistency and quality.
- Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances to ensure their dietary needs are met.
- Recruit and hire staff to maintain a skilled and dedicated kitchen team.
- Supervise and direct the activities of sous-chefs, specialist chefs, chefs, and cooks to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques to ensure high-quality dishes.
