Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and maintain operational procedures to prevent infection and ensure a safe working environment.
- Select and purchase equipment and supplies necessary for housekeeping operations.
- Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure compliance with housekeeping standards.
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Maintain accurate inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
- Coordinate in-house laundry services and schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff.
- 1-2 years of experience in a housekeeping or related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Standing for extended periods may be required.
