Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct evaluative tests to assess patient needs.
  • Evaluate patients' physical capabilities.
  • Support healthcare professionals in delivering care.
  • Assist in patient assessments under the guidance of physiotherapists and occupational therapists.
  • Implement treatment plans for patients recovering from injuries or disabilities.
  • Ensure adherence to treatment protocols.
  • Maintain accurate prescription records.
  • Oversee technical and support staff.
  • Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of therapeutic equipment.
  • Assist in educating patients about health and wellness.
  • Design physiotherapy programs tailored to individual needs.
  • Handle claims processing for health insurance and workers' compensation.
  • Gather and analyze treatment statistics.
  • Connect patients to treatment devices as directed.
  • Assist in physical examinations.
  • Participate in physiotherapy research initiatives.
  • Manage administrative tasks including filing and paperwork.
  • Order necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels.
