About the Role:
EcoVadis is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Partnerships Americas to lead our consulting and technology partnerships in the region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing a strategy to onboard and nurture relationships with strategic and impactful firms, driving significant value creation for our joint customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a partnership strategy to drive growth and revenue in the Americas region.
- Identify, develop, and manage key partnerships with consulting and technology firms, leveraging their expertise and capabilities to deliver value to our customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute joint marketing plans, education plans, and revenue-sharing models.
- Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers at partner firms, ensuring alignment and commitment to our partnership goals.
- Monitor and report on program impact and revenue generation, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in consulting, business development, account management, or partnership management, preferably in the sustainability or supply chain sector.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful partnership strategies with global firms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
