Clios Total Rewards Program is designed to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. As a Senior Director, Total Rewards, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's compensation and benefits strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global total rewards strategies that align with Clio's business objectives.
  • Lead a team of compensation and benefits experts to design and deliver innovative total rewards programs.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and provide expertise to ensure Clio's total rewards programs are competitive and equitable.
  • Collaborate with the People Leadership Team and Finance team to deliver on Clio's commitment to competitive and impactful total rewards.
  • Measure the impact and effectiveness of total rewards programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of relevant global total rewards experience with proficiency in global benefits, cash compensation, and long-term incentive programs.
  • Experience leading a global total rewards team in a rapidly scaling global business.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to package and present complex analyses and recommendations clearly.
  • Data-driven leader with a strong ability to analyze and turn data into insights and action plans aligned with company direction.

Salary Range: $182,400 to $228,000 to $273,600 CAD. Variable pay based on company performance with actual payout amounts calculated and paid on a quarterly basis.
