Strategic Asset Management Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Asset Management Director to join our team at CTS Global Logistics Canada Inc.
The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, approving sales programs, and establishing departments to drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to optimize asset utilization and sales performance.
- Authorize and coordinate sales activities across regions, divisions, and departments to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
- Establish financial controls and administrative procedures to monitor and manage sales performance, ensure budget adherence, and profitability.
- Select, mentor, and manage a team of middle managers and executives to drive sales team success.
- University degree or college diploma.
- 1-2 years of experience as a middle manager in a related position, preferably in the logistics/transportation industry.
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of a second language is an asset.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Adaptive to a changing environment.
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
- Full-time, permanent position.
- $100,000.00 per year salary.
- 35 hours per week.
