Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

GUAC MEXI GRILL is seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Load buspans and trays with dishes, glassware, and flatware, and operate dishwashers to wash and sanitize items.
  • Replenish condiments and supplies at tables and serving areas to ensure a smooth service.
  • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, and scour pots and pans to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
  • Keep records of food quantities used and package take-out food for our customers.
  • Portion and wrap foods, prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, and serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
  • Take customers' orders and handle and store cleaning products and supplies.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit for preparation and presentation.
