We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Moga Meat Tandoori Hut. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for preparing and cutting meats to meet the high standards of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and prepare meats for processing and cutting
- Cut and trim meats to meet customer specifications
- Remove bones and weigh meats for sale
- Cut poultry and fish into parts
- Price and sell meats to customers
- Supervise and train other butchers and meat cutters
- Grind and slice meats as needed
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- Standing for extended periods
- Initiative, judgement, and reliability
- Permanent employment
- English language
- 30-40 hours per week
- Opportunity to train and develop skills
