Responsibilities:
  • Cut and trim meat to customer specifications
  • Prepare meat for packaging and display
  • Operate meat cutting equipment, such as band saws and manual cutting utensils
  • Ensure high-quality meat products are prepared and presented to customers
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a meat cutting or related role
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
