We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at LAITH MEAT SHOP. As a key member of our butchery team, you will be responsible for preparing and processing high-quality meats for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and prepare meats for cutting and processing
- Cut and trim meats to customer specifications
- Wrap and package prepared meats for sale
- Remove bones from meat and cut poultry into parts
- Weigh and price meat products for sale
- Sell meats to customers and provide excellent customer service
- Supervise and train other butchers and meat cutters
- Operate manual cutting utensils and slicing machines
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a butchery or meat processing environment
- Permanent full-time position
- 40 hours per week
- English language proficiency
This is a physically demanding role that requires standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, and working in a fast-paced environment.
