About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Planta Greenhouses. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Perform the same duties as workers supervised, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient use of resources and meet business objectives.
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate tracking and efficient use of resources.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
