We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Planta Greenhouses. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service delivery and maintaining the highest standards of business continuity.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching to team members.
- Perform same duties as workers supervised, ensuring a deep understanding of our operations and customer needs.
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure efficient use of resources and meet business objectives.
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed to prevent downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient supply chain management.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Permanent employment with a 35-hour workweek.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
